1. Made-to-Order and Customized Item Policy
Every piece in our luxury collection is crafted individually upon request to minimize waste and ensure the highest quality of garment construction.

Definition of Made-to-Order: Any item that is created only after an order is placed—including items ordered in standard catalog sizing—is strictly considered a Made-to-Order or customized item. Such as all wedding dresses, artisan made item, and mentioned Made-to-order / Customized.

Exclusion from Returns: Because these garments are crafted specifically for you, all Made-to-Order and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or event cancellations.
We highly recommend reviewing our detailed sizing charts or consulting with our style experts before finalizing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
2. Exceptions and Quality Assurances
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. In the rare event that your item arrives with a structural defect or a clear manufacturing error, we will gladly resolve the issue.
Eligible Discrepancies

The item arrived damaged during transit.

There is a significant manufacturing defect in the material or construction.

The item delivered deviates significantly from the specifications of your order confirmation.
Resolution Process

Notification: You must contact our customer care team (fashionme2022@hotmail.com) within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Evidence: Please provide your order number alongside clear photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.

Remedy: Once verified by our production team, we will arrange for a priority alteration, a replacement piece, or a store credit/refund at our discretion. The item must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and luxury packaging intact.
3. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Window of Modification: Production begins swiftly to ensure timely delivery. You may request a modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Post-24 Hours: Once the materials have been allocated and our tailors begin working on your piece (after the 24-hour window), the order cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.
