New verification process for credit card payments
Since the start of 2021, new regulations around bank account security came into effect as part of the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
These new measures were implemented to make your online payments even more secure.
The PSD2 protects your credit card details with a process called 2-factor authentication, which requires that you verify your identity to prove that you, not someone else, is using your credit card. With the new, added security of PSD2 regulations, if someone stole your phone, computer or credit card, they will not be able to make an online payment. As of January 2021, banks are required to implement 2-factor authentication for online payments above a certain order value. If your are experiencing any troubles with credit card payments, we recommend you check with your bank whether your card is already registered for 2-factor authentication. In the meantime, to avoid encountering payment issues for your All For Me Today orders, we recommend you opt for an alternative payment method, since this verification method only applies to credit cards. Payments by Visa or Master Card
The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Master card Secure Code.
These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your Secure Code (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.

Payment by American Express
The system recognizes whether the shipping address is identical to the address that has been provided to American Express as the billing address (Amex address verification system, abbrev. "AVS"). In case the address is not identical, you will be asked to provide American Express with a different shipping address in a separate email. Your shipment will not be delivered until the authentication was successful.
The following applies for all payments by credit card: refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
Please select "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.
PAYMENT BY GIFT CARD/PROMOTION CODE
Simply go to "shopping bag" and enter your Gift Card/store credit/promotion code in the designated field. If the order amount exceeds the balance of your store credit or Gift Card, or the amount of the promotion, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the remaining amount. If the balance on your Gift Card or store credit exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. Klara Is installment payment platforms that let you pay for your All For Me Today purchase over time in 3 easy installments using a credit or debit card every 2 weeks. Currently, Klarna Is only available for UK customers.
What is the minimum purchase for Klarna?
To use Klarna, your order subtotal must be equal to or greater than GBP £35.00 (after discounts applied).
What will I need to use Klarna?
In order to have an account with Klarna, you must:
- Live in the UK
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
- Use a UK credit or debit card to make a purchase
- Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and Klarna does not approve every order and considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits.
What is Installments with Klarna ?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Klarna as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Klarna and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

How instalment payments work. ?
On each product page, shoppers learn that they can buy now and spread the cost over 3 monthly interest-free instalments.

- At checkout, the customer selects Klarna as their payment method. They will then see the option to pay using 3 Instalments along with the cost and payment schedule.
- On shipment
- Once the order is processed, Klarna pays you (the retailer) upfront and in full. We'll take care of collecting the payments from the shopper.
- Your shopper gets a clear overview of their purchases in the Klarna app and can easily manage their orders.
How does the payment schedule work?

If I return items from my Klarna order, will I receive a refund?
Online returns from All For Me Today are refunded . Refunds issued for returned items do not affect your Klarna installments. When returning items by mail on a purchase made using Klarna, you will still need to complete your payments to Klarna as All For Me Today processes returns and refunds separately.

What if I can’t pay an Klarna installment?
Klarna will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Klarna will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
