Item excluded for return
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept the returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.
Items excluded from returns
1.Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
2.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
3.The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:
① Items on Clearance, ②Lingerie, ③Underwear & Accessories, ④Customized Items.
4.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
5.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6.you will receive a full refund of your order (except for the shipping costs), any applications for exceeding of what you paid will not be accepted.
7.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
8.Changes made to the prices of our items after you’ve bought within 3 days, we will refund you the charge.
9.Discount code you used for your order cannot be changed.
How do I return?
