Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS

We’re happy to accept online returns / withdrawal of contracts (ROI customers) free of charge for UK, EU and US orders, with the exception of items purchased in our Final Sale (see further information below). 

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK, EU and US will be liable for the cost of return.

For all online returns please make sure that you do the following: 

  • Send them to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt (our policy reflects your statutory rights, see below for details).
  • If the product labels removed we will not be able to refund you.
  • If returning more than one order, please register each order individual and post back each order individually with the applicable returns label for each order attached to the relevant parcel.
  • Customized or Made To Orders: Any garment tailored specifically to your measurements. Such as All Wedding Dresses, Artisan Make Dresses, Jackets, Coat, Suit & Blazers ETC.
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund pierced goods (earrings), knickers, hosiery, confectionary or cosmetics.
  • Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.
  • Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable.

Your Cancellation Rights

Our return policy includes your statutory rights. You have the right to cancel orders made on our website within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us by registering your return on our returns portal here within that time.

Once you’ve registered your return,you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges for full orders returned, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed from the day it is received back to us. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed, please keep hold of you return tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

If you have paid with a credit or debit card or Apple Pay your refund will show back on your account within 10 working days, depending on whom you bank with. 

Paypal and Klarna can take up to 10 days to reflect any refunds and, where applicable, make any adjustments to your balance. 

All For Me Today (FashionMe LTD) will not accept liability for any lost or delayed returns sent back via any other methods, please ensure our returns process is followed and your online order registered via our returns portal to obtain your return label and prevent any delay or disappointment.

Please do not return your order to our head office Dorset address, doing so may delay your refund from being processed or it may be misplaced.
