Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders exceptionally fast to ensure your garments arrive as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, our warehouse team is immediately notified. Therefore, we regrets that we cannot accommodate immediate edits, address updates, or modifications to standard orders once checkout is complete. If you have ordered an incorrect standard item, please follow our standard returns process once the parcel arrives.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Items that are uniquely custom-tailored to your individual physical measurements or explicitly personalized carry the following specific cancellation frameworks:

Important Notice: Made-to-Order & Custom-Tailored Items — No Cancellation Right

Once your made-to-order item is confirmed, production begins immediately. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), goods that are made to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised are explicitly exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

By placing a made-to-order or custom-tailored item in your order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your item will be cut, handcrafted, and tailored exclusively to your individual measurements
• Production commences upon order confirmation and cannot be paused or reversed
• No cancellation, modification, or refund right exists once your order is accepted — this is your statutory position under EU law, not a commercial restriction imposed by us
• This exemption applies to all wedding dresses, bridal gowns, artisan make dress bespoke dresses, tailored suits, jackets, coats, and any garment produced to your specific measurements.

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of items that are defective, faulty, or materially different from their description. Should your item arrive with a manufacturing defect or not match its described specification, your full legal rights under the EU Consumer Sales Directive remain intact, including the right to repair, replacement, or refund.

Fair Use & Return Fraud Protection

To ensure an ethical shopping environment for all patrons, All For Me Today monitors return histories for irregular or abusive activity. We reserve the right to flag accounts, reject returns, or limit future service to entities exhibiting:

Wardrobing: An irregular or excessive history of purchasing, using items for events/photography, and subsequently returning them.

Damaged Returns: A repeated history of returning items that are worn, altered, laundered, stained (such as makeup or tanner), or missing original retail pieces.

Fraudulent Activity: Any potential criminal activity or confirmed payment manipulation. 

All legitimate refunds must and will be processed directly back to the original credit card, debit card, or payment account utilized during checkout. In accordance with standard international banking.
