At All For Me Today (FashionMe), we take pride in the quality of our apparel and footwear. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit for your style, we are committed to making it right with a straightforward, transparent return process.
1. 14-Day Return Guarantee
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached.

In their original packaging (including shoe boxes and garment bags).

Free from any signs of wear, perfume, or alterations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom or Bespoke Orders: Any garment tailored specifically to your measurements. Such as ( All Wedding Dresses , Artisan Make Dresses, Jackets, Coat, Suit, Blazers, Shoes ETC.

Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Earrings, Jewellery undergarments, and swimwear.

Sale Items: Products purchased during final clearance events (unless faulty).
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Quality is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund or immediate replacement at no cost to you.
4. The Return Process

Ship: Once approved, securely package your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Inspection: Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3 business days.
5. Rapid Refunds
Once approved, your refund is processed immediately. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. While we release funds instantly, please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction in your account.
6. Exchanges
To secure a different size or style quickly (Except Made-To-Order Item(s), we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously. This ensures your preferred item doesn't sell out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How Refunds Work
All For Me Today issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by All For Me Today
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- All For Me Today will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.
Do Gift Card Expire ?
No, All For Me Today gift cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
Why did I receive a partial refund after placing my order?
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.
What happens if I use a gift card to pay for all or part of my order and some items were out of stock?
The amount refunded will go back to the gift card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.
